SK 43 NE TROWELL NOTTINGHAM CANAL

6/65 Swancar Bridge

Canal overbridge. c.1795. Probably by William Jessop for the
Nottingham Canal Co. Dressed stone and ashlar. Plain string
course. Single elliptical arch. Curved parapet walls have half-
round coping and small terminal piers.
