Limekiln. Circa early to mid C19. Random flint rubble exterior and
brick lined inside. Circular on plan with 2-centred annular barrel
vault in brick around central brick stack with 4 segmentally arcged
shutes. 2-centred barrel-vaulted entrance also in brick. The
limekiln is disused and situated in the south side of a quarry at grid
ref. TG269202.
