House. C17, C18, C19. Coursed and squared lias; thatched roof, coped verges, brick stacks. L-shaped frontage, 2
storeys, 1:3 bays, 3-light casements, to first floor directly under the eaves, to ground floor with wooden lintels. C18
panelled door to the right, flat hood on snaped wooden brackets. Forecourt wall extends cut from right, 2 sections of
wooden railings flank simple iron gate. Inside features of interest including fireplaces, one with high quality
cast-iron under-fire, oven with a brass makers plate:- 'The American Stove Store, William Poore and Co, 139 Cheapside,
london", (VAG Report, unpublished SRD, June 1964).
