House, formerly 2 cottages. Cl7, refaced C18. Originally timber framed, refaced in red brick. Concrete pantile roof. The windows are sideways sliding (Yorkshire) sashes under segmental arches. Doorways also under segmental arches. Five wrought iron X ties reinforce the building. (Photo Nov 2013).
