tower to Turvey Abbey

C17 stable block restored 1801. Ashlar and coursed limestone rubble with a
hipped old clay tile roof. To the right hand side is a semi-circular headed
archway. Above this, astride the ridge is the clock tower with square base
and octagonal domed cupola; both with wood modillion cornices. The stable
block has ground floor leaded casement windows.
