Dean Street TQ 75 SW EAST FARLEIGH Nos. 1, 2 and 3 2/24 Barkers Cottages GV II House row. C18. Ground floor chequered red and grey brick, first floor pebbledashed. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic on stone plinth. Half- hipped roof. Brick stack in front slope of roof to left of centre. Truncated rendered projecting stack to right gable end. 3 hipped dormers. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements; one 2-light to left and two 3-light. Half-glazed door to left end to No. 1 (Sunset), ribbed door slightly to right of stack to No. 2 (Pleasant) and door towards right end to No. 3 (Conifers). Lean-to to right and to rear. Interior not inspected. No. 3 formerly known as Dalecarlia.
