One block probably C17 with C18 front. 3 storeys stuccoed, the left hand
part of ground floor painted brick. Slate and pantile roof. Moulded wood
1st floor stringcourse. Tuscan pilasters articulate Ist floor. 5 windows
to 2nd floor, 3 large and 4 small windows, one blind, on lst floor spaced
alternately: sashes, glazing bars intact, flush frames. Right hand windows
previously had flower guards. 3 mid C19 shop fronts to ground floor. No
21 has 5 light window with flat arched heads on thin colonettes, half glazed
door with 2 fielded panels. No 22 has modem window. All 3 shop fronts
framed with pilasters, frieze and moulded capping.

Nos 16 to 22 (consec) and No 24 form a group.
