Late C18 altered. 2 storeys. Cement rendered stone plinth. Angle Ionic
pilasters full height, moulded wood cornice and parapet with moulded coping.
Hipped slate roof. 4 windows in moulded frames and central panel on 1st
floor. 2 similar windows to left hand on ground floor, and modern rectangular
bay to right hand spoiling front. All windows 2-light mullioned and transomed
casements. Entry at left hand set back from front, one storey Ionic logia
with 3 columns and corner piers with entablature, on raised base approached
by steps with plain rails, probably early C19. The house set back from
road, with screen wall of brick with stone coping and central square stone
gate piers with moulded coping. Secondary door in wall to left hand with
stone surround. An interesting design of plain character. Interior may
be of interest.

Nos 31 to 42 (consec) form a group.
