C18. 2 storeys and attic, red brick on stuccoed plinth with moulded stone
capping. Chamfered stone quoins. Moulded stone string at lst floor level.
Moulded wood eaves cornice. Hipped roof, formerly stone tiled, now pantile.
Flanking brick chimneys. 3 modernised dormers. 5 tall windows with slightly
recessed architrave frames, sashes, glazing bars intact, on lst floor.
4 similar windows to ground floor. Central door of 6 fielded panels (formerly
with good brass knocker) in stone architrave surround under stone Doric
porch of 2 columns, wall pilasters and entablature with dentil cornice and
balustrade over. 2 storey extension to left hand, same design, 1 window
each floor.

Nos 31 to 42 (consec) form a group.
