House. Later C17. Timber framed. Ground floor red brick in Flemish
bond, first floor tile-hung. Right gable end rendered. Plain tile
roof. 2 storeys and attics. Exposed painted posts to left end and
to left of door, and exposed midrail below tile-hanging. Slightly
projecting eaves to front, with lightly-moulded wooden eaves cornice.
Projecting gable end stacks, that to left built out in brick towards
front, with small casement window. 2 small rendered gabled dormers.
Regular 3-window front of 2-light casements. Two 3-light ground-
floor casements. Central boarded door under shallow lean-to hood.
Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Elphick
Farm Cottage.
