Farmhouse. C17 with later addition to left and C19 and C20 alterations.
Timber framed. Main range hung with plain tiles, left addition with
fishscale tiles. Stone patch towards left end of ground floor. Plain
tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Rendered plinth. Roof hipped to
left. Half-hipped roof to right with eaves jettied on moulded
protruding wall-plate ends. Multiple filleted and corbelled brick
ridge stack to centre of main range (to right of centre of whole).
Slightly projecting gable end stack to left. Irregular fenestration
of 6 windows; one small tripartite sash towards centre of left addition,
two tripartite sashes flanking stack, one small rectangular leaded
light under stack and one 2-light ovolo-moulded mullion window to each
side of right tripartite sash. Brick and tile-hung lean-to to left.
2-storey red brick addition at right-angles to rear of left end, and
parallel rear range. Rear door. Interior not inspected.
