- 2 1/2 metres north-west of tower of
Church of St Thomas


Headstone. Dated 1783 to Joseph Pleace. Slate. Straight-head with scrolled
corners. Decorative carved border with winged angel's head at the top. Rhyming
epitaph below inscription in upper and lower case lettering with serifs.
