Small house. Circa late C18/early C19. Ground floor brick, first floor
framed and weatherboarded; peg-tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: Roadside house, facing approximately east. The front block is 2-rooms
wide, heated from end stacks, with a central entrance. Rear left wing at
right angles with an outshut alongside.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front, the roof gabled at the left
end, hipped at the right end. C20 porch in the centre with a lean-to roof;
C19 panelled front door. 16-pane early C19 sash windows, 2 to each floor.
Flat-roofed C20 single-storey brick addition at the right (north) end.

Interior: Not inspected.
