Farmhouse. C17 or earlier, with early C19 addition to front. Front range:
(early C19): chequered red and grey brick in Flemish bond to ground floor,
first floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret on stone
plinth. Half-hipped roof. Rear stack to left. Regular 2-window front of
3-light casements with top lights to ground and first floor. Central 1/2-
glazed door with rectangular fanlight and flat corniced floating hood.
Short 2-storey addition to left in same materials. Rear wing to right
probably C17 or earlier. Brick on ground floor tile-hung above. Lower
midrail and eaves than front range. Multiple brick ridge stack towards
junction with main range. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as
Snoads Farm.
