2 cottages. Probably mid C19. Plastered cob and rubble; rubble stack topped with
C19 and C20 brick; thatched roof. 2 adjoining cottages facing south with mirror
plans either side of central axial stack each comprising single room with small
outer entrance lobbies. Service outshots to rear. High Haven to left (west) and
Horseshoe Cottage to right (east). 2 storeys. Overall nearly symmetrical 4-window
front of similar late C19 and C20 copy 2-light casements with glazing bars. Both
have C20 thatch-roofed porches, a gable roofed porch on rustic posts to Horseshoe
Cottage. Pitch of rear roof carried down over outshots. Interior not inspected.
