The map location is wrong - the property is further up South Street. Also I am puzzled by some aspects of the description:

1) 2 windows - looks like 3 windows on the upper storey unless the shutters are purely decorative
3) Small cornice with modillions below - can't see this at all
4) Slate roof - clay tiles I think
5) 6 panel moulded door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed - top 4 panels now glazed.
