This reredos, which dates to June 1926, was found inside the church of St. Andrew, when the renovation was being carried out. The church, in York Place, Hartlepool, has been undergoing quite an extensive renovation programme recently and the current owner informs us that it is to open as a restaurant/cafeteria very soon. This latest information on the church is dated April 9th, 2011.
