The last building in the short terrace on the west side of historic Green in Seaton Carew. Interestingly, on its northern side, with a southern aspect, is a house dated 1834 on its front elevation and Georgian 1795 to the rear. According to the owner, it ranks slightly below List II status and is awaiting some renovation!
