House, c.1850. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Flint pebbles with dressings of gault
brick; a pair of shallow flat pilasters inset slightly at each corner.
Fishscale slated roof with rear chimneys of gault brick; cluster of 2 and 4
octagonal shafts with moulded caps. Small-pane sash windows with flat
lintels; the ground floor windows have flat cantilevered canopies, lead-
covered, wich applied arcading and turned drop finials at the corners. 4-
panelled entrance door with oblong fanlight. Open porch on slender wooden
posts, flat-roofed with an open fretwork patterned frieze.
