House, now flats. Early C18 with later remodelling. Rendered brick with
slate roof. 2 storeys and attic. Plinth, plat band and moulded cornice
formerly with balustraded parapet above. 2 hipped dormers with 2-light
casements, and paired end stacks. 5 bays, glazing bar sashes with exposed
boxes. Central half glazed door with rectangular overlight, flanking pilasters,
and C20 flat bracketted porch. C20 half glazed door in first bay from right.
Interior: ground floor front room to left contains early C18 panelling, 2
arched niches flanking fireplace, and rich early C18 panelled plaster ceiling
with shells at corners, much tendril-like foilage, and central circular panel
with moulded rose. Front door retains some C18 internal ironwork.
