Barn and stable. Early C18 and mid/late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with some
ashlar dressings; corrugated-iron and concrete plain-tile roofs. 6-bay barn has
full-height double doors in bay 5, lower opposed doors to rear, and has a small
segmental-arched door in bay 3 plus several slit vents. A single-row dovecote
runs below the eaves. Later tiled stable, to right, has a loft over. Interior:
barn roof has heavy trusses, with tiebeams, collars and re-used principals,
which support trenched purlins. Included for group value.
