2 shops with accommodation above. Late C18, c.1825, late C19,
C20. Brown brick with painted stucco dressings. Slate roof with
wooden eaves and gable stacks. 3 storeys, 4 bay front with
central carriage archway with segmental head. C20 shop front to
right, with doorway to left with overlight and glazed door, and
plate glass window to right. Early C19 shop front to left with
doorway to right with pilastered doorcase, overlight and double
panelled doors. Canted shop window to left with fielded
panelling below and continuous panelled entablature. 3 glazing
bar sashes of c.1825 with painted wedge lintels. Late C19
tripartite plain sash to right with painted rectangular lintel.
4 glazing bar sashes above with painted wedge lintels. 3 storey,
6 bay west front facing onto through passage to right. Doorway
to left with pilastered doorcase, traceried overlight,
entablature and panelled door. Doorway flanked by single glazing
bar sashes with segmental heads. Late C18 bow window beyond to
right, with glazing bars and moulded entablature. Doorway to
right with overlight and panelled door; and tripartite glazing
bar sash beyond, with segmental head. 6 glazing bar sashes above
with segmental heads. 4 small glazing bar sashes above them to
left with blocked windows to right with single glazing bar sash
beyond, all with segmental heads.
