Late C18. Two storeys. Cement rendered stone on projecting plinth. Panelled string at first floor cill levels. A three-bay front with four pilasters, entasised with incised line and key pattern at top and bottom, supporting small eaves cornice, two brackets in each bay. Three windows on first floor with double recessed and moulded panels over. Two windows on ground floor and central six-panel door, flush type, with reeded edging to panels, under Doric porch of two columns, wall pilasters, incised frieze and cornice. Contemporary rails to left hand, slender, wrought iron.

Nos 1 to 18 (consec) and all the listed buildings on the South West Side of Market Place form a group.
