Farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rubble with ashlar dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide eaves soffite; central stone and brick chimney stack. "L"-plan; 2 storeys, 3 bays South West elevation. 12-pane sash windows in plain ashlar surrounds; central plain door and doorway. Return wing on North East side with plain gable, segmental arched casement windows.
