Cottage. Cl8, modified. Local stone rubble; plain clay tile hipped roof; brick chimney stack. Rectangular plan, with
chamfered corners West side facing mill; 2 storeys, 2 bays, with single storey extension to rear. C20 casement windows;
C19 boarded door in segmental arched opening with gauged brick head; former doorway under timber lintel on North West
splay blocked; one early wood frame 2-light window in North wall with leaded lights and iron opening casement. Interior
not seen. Primarily included for group value.
