Circa 1830. 2 storeys red brick on projecting stone plinth. Chamfered quoins
and stone band between storeys. Steep pitch hipped slate roof with ovehanging
eaves. 3 windows 1st floor, recessed sashes 4 panes wide, block sills, flat
stone arches with triple keystones. 2 similar window flanking ground floor.
Central recessed door of 6 fielded panels with good lion head iron knocker.
Semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars. Plain ashlar surround. Good
stone Doric porch with columns on moulded bases to front, pilasters to wall.
Stepped frieze and moulded cornice, the blocking course returned to stone
band between storeys.
South west side has an iron scroll bracketed balcony on 1st floor. Plain
rails with semi-circular indentation to centre. Standards for awning frame.
French window gives on to balcony.
