Early C19 front. 3 storeys stuccoed with coursing incised on ground floor.
1st and 2nd floor sill courses, moulded cornice and blocking course. 4 windows
to upper floors, square on 2nd floor, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact.
No 31 has plain circa 1900 shop front. No 32 has 5 panel door with radiating
and wreathed fanlight in deep arched reveal and large window to right, no
glazing bars.

Nos 23 to 41 (consec) and the part of the National Westminster Old Bank in
Market Place form a very fine group.
