C17 cottage. 2 storeys and attic. Timber frame with colour washed brick
infilling. Half hipped pantile roof (formerly partly stone tiled) 1 C19 dormer.
2 Cl9 2 light casements on lst floor. One 3 light similar casement on ground
floor. Modern door to right hand. Picturesque.

Tower Lee and Nos 1 & 2 St John's Churchvard form part of a group with Nos 1 to
4 (consec) and the Liberal Club in St John's Court.
