C18. Refronted early Cl9. 3 storeys. Bath stone, on projecting plinth.
Small moulded cornice. Blocking course. Stone tile roof. 3 windows (2 false)
on 2nd floor. 2 windows and central French casement, narrow side glazing
on lst floor. On ground floor - 2 windows and central 6-panel door, reeded
edging to panels, under Greek Doric porch of 2 columns, wall pilasters, entablature
and blocking course, with cast iron balcony porch over, of panel standards
with honeysuckle and rosette pattern and probably later rails of bars and
rosettes, with hipped lead roof. End elevation facing street has flanking
Doric pilasters and 1 blind window to each floor.
Connecting wing to Nos 2 and 3 Albion Place qv. 2 storeys Bath stone. Early
Cl9 Soanian design of 1 bay with projecting flanking pilaster strips and frieze
with incised line panelled treatment, parapet with coping, raised centre block
and angle stele. In the recessed panel framed by this design is one long
rectannular 3 light casement window with marginal glazing and set in incised
surround. Ground floor has central door of 6 flush panels with reeded architrave
surround. Good knocker of hand and ring pattern.

Nos 23 to 28 (consec) Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Albion Place and No 29 form a group.
