Barn. The two penultimate bays to the north are C16, the other four C18. Timberframed, clad
in weatherboarding on sandstone base. Half-hipped tiled roof There were originally two cart
entrances but one is now blocked. Two penultimate bays to the north have gunstock jowled
posts and the northernmost of the two bays retains half of the original end wall with midrail and
2 curved tension braces. This structure was extended in the C18 and the wall frame to the
other bays has a series of diagonal struts and posts with curved profile jowls. C18 queenpost
roof with collar beam, through purlins and ridgepiece. C19 floor inserted in each end bay.
