Archway with attached walls. Circa 1924 by Sir Harold Brakspear
for Mr. Harding Tyler. Renaissance-style. Limestone ashlar
gateway with moulded plinths to pilasters, moulded elliptical
archway with dropped keystone, moulded cornice to capping with
carved strapwork and ball finials. Rubble stone walls either side
have bull's eye windows with leaded glazing, ashlar flat coping.
One of a group of garden features added by Brakspear as part of his
1924 restoration and extension of Ashton House (q.v.).
