Includes No 1 St Ann's Staith. Early Cl9:- 4 storeys, curved to site in
grey brick. Heavy stone cornice and parapet. 1-3-1 windows, double- hung
sashes with glazing bars. Moulded architraves to top floor. First floor
windows have frieze and cornice on consoles; band continues cills. Ground
floor has vermiculated rusticated doorway with keystone. 6-panel door with
semi-circular fanlight. Mainly Cl9 shop front, part formerly a public house
with plain pilasters, fascia and cornice. Forms a group with No 1 Baxtergate.
