8/65 Oxenden Cottage

GV II

House. C19. Facade red and a few grey bricks in Flemish bond. Left
gable end tile-hung, probably over brick. Right gable end paler red
brick in a Sussex-type bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys.
Dentilled brick eaves cornice to right gable end. Hipped roof.
Broad projecting tile-hung stack to left gable end. Regular 2-window
front of sixteen-pane sashes. Segmental heads to ground-floor windows.
Central panelled door with three top lights and segmental head.
Flint rear lean-to with brick dressings. Interior not inspected.
