Princess Club

A Grade II Listed Building in Whitby, North Yorkshire

Bagdale Lodge

Uploader's Comments

This large detached house was known in Georgian times as Lobster Hall. It subsequently became Springhill School throughout the 1800s and eventually Whitby's Liberal Club after the First World War. I cannot find any reference as to when it was known as Princess Club.
The lodge is now an annexe of the Bagdale Old Hall hotel.
