Description

Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Timber framing in square
panels, with rendered and painted brick infill. C20 clay tile
roof. Brick external stack against east gable. 2-unit plan.
One storey and attic. Front wall has small C20 casement window
cut through middle rail of framing, and a leaded 2-light window
towards the right. At the far right there is a part-glazed door.
C19 brick lean-tos to left and right have boarded doors. Rear
wall has 2 small one-light windows and horizontal glazing bars.
Interior noted as having chamfered axial beams to ground-floor
ceilings, and an oak-framed doorway to the central partition
wall.
