Commercial premises. Dated 1823. Painted brick with Welsh slate roof. Four storeys, two-window range with shop front inserted late C20, and 12-pane sash windows above, with flat-arched gauged brick heads. String course at second floor. Moulded eaves cornice. Dated on rainwater head.
