Former public house. Largely early C18 but with later fenestration, and incorporating an earlier structure. Stucco over brick and possible timber frame, plain-tiled roof. Three storeys with attic dormer, two window range. Rusticated stucco to ground floor with doorway to left, and wide window to right. Angle quoins in upper storeys, with two flush-framed twelve-pane sash windows to first floor with continuous sill band and a single fixed light twelve-pane window above. String course between the storeys. The building projects forward of its neighbour, and in the small return, the remains of a moulded bressumer from former jettying are visible. Hipped dormer in the roof. Gable end stacks.
