Pair of shops. Early C18 but with possible earlier core. Brick
with plain tiled roofs. 3 storeys with attic dormers, 5-window
range with inserted late C20 shop fronts. Upper windows are
flush-framed 12-pane sashes (glazing bars removed from lower
lights) with moulded architraves with pedimented heads to
first floor. Second-floor windows have plain architraves.
Moulded wood modillion eaves cornice to overhanging roof.
Stacks towards rear in each gable.
