Shop, possibly purpose built. Later C19. Painted brick with
Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys with attic. Single-window range.
Shop front inserted late C20. 4-pane sash windows over, with
flat-arched stuccoed heads. Wide canted bay to first floor,
with modillion string course below. Paired sash windows over
with flat-arched stuccoed heads. 2 gabled dormers in roof,
with fretted barge-boards. Moulded terracotta eaves cornice.
Stuccoed angle quoins. Rear wing to Drayton Passage possibly
incorporating earlier structure.
