House. c1840. Brick with ashlar dressings and hipped slate
roof with 2 side wall stacks. Plinth and renewed wooden eaves.
2 storeys; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes with
multi-keystone lintels. Central doorcase with engaged Doric
columns and dentilled cornice, with moulded 6-panel door with
overlight. On each side, a larger 12 pane sash. Left return
has two 12 pane sashes one on each floor, the upper right one
blank. INTERIOR not inspected.
