Shop, possibly purpose built. Early C19. Lined-out stucco over brick with Welsh slate roof. Three storeys and attic, four window range. Late C20 shop front in traditional style. First floor mullioned and transomed windows with shouldered architraves. String course with interlace frieze. Second floor windows have plain stressed architraves with string course. Cornice below attic storey which has moulded pilasters at angles and each side of two-light casement windows, carrying heavy projecting modillion eaves cornice. Gable end stacks.
