Shop and dwelling. C17, refronted C20. Brick; parapet to roof;
brick axial stack. 3 storeys; 2-window range: C20 6/6 sashes
under soldier-arches, to 1st and 2nd floors; parapet with
concrete coping. Early C20 shop front: glazed double doors and
overlight in canted return to right; plate-glass windows;
fascia-board and moulded hood with stop-consoles. Right
returned side (to Church Street): Four 6/6 sashes in moulded
cases, to 1st and 2nd floors; returned shop front; C20 door
with side-screens. INTERIOR not inspected.
