Building 10 metres to west of No.11

Cottage and workshop(?), now store. Probably C18 incorporating
earlier structure. Timber-frame and brick; plain tile roof;
brick ridge stack and lateral stack. 2 storeys and attic; 2
paired sliding sashes in dormer, over workshop window; various
entrances. South gable has 9-pane light under segmental arch.
West front and south gable: C17 timber-framing with brick
infill; workshop light under prentice board. INTERIOR not
inspected. Possible connection with leather-working industry.
