GV II

House. C16/C17. Post and pan timber-framing and plaster, over
brick; plain tile roof with gable to street; 2 brick buttress
stacks to left side. South front (to Mill Street): 2 storeys;
single-window range: 2-light casement; moulded and carved
tie-beam; jettied; carved barge-boards. Two C19 and C20
mullion and transom windows to ground floor under moulded
plate on enriched posts. Right returned side: 3 casements over
C20 mullion and transom window, and C20 door in C19 porch with
figureheads and pierced and scrolled barge-boards. Brick and
render wing to east. Left returned side: brick fronted central
bay with C19 gable porch; various casements; French windows.
INTERIOR not inspected.
