Lych-gate to Church of St John the
Evangelist

GV II

Lych-gate. Dated 1913. Ashlar and timber-frame. A low wall
supports wallplate with a framework of vertical posts, the
corner posts with chamfered brackets, flat arch with studding
in gable, carved barge-boards, pendant in apex. A carved
plaque on the inner face of the N wall commemorates the donor.
