Country house, now primary school. Late C18, extended early
C19. Stuccoed, slate hipped roofs. 2 storeys, 3-bay centre,
wide projecting end bays with 3-window bowed facades. Central
porch with Tuscan columns supporting heavy entablature, later
double doors and glazing. Sash windows with glazing bars in
moulded architraves. Central part has balustraded parapet
flanking blocking piece. Large plain stacks between centre and
outer bays. Right return, 3 windows, with slightly projecting
central bay with round arch on ground floor now containing a
sash. To right a tall 15-pane sash, remaining sashes 12-pane.
