House, now offices. Early C18 with C19 alteration and
extensions, and C20 renovation. Front and ground floor to
right return rendered; left return and right return upper
storey of orange-red brick in stretcher bond; doorcase and
dentil and modillion cornice of timber; tile and pantile roofs
with brick coping and stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Pilastered doorcase with
cornice hood on channelled consoles has 4-panel door beneath
redial fanlight. Two 12-pane sashes on each side flank door;
similar window on first floor between 16-pane sashes. Raised
first floor band. Ground floor windows have shutters of beaded
panelling. Both returns have raised band to attic and two
blocked windows in gable end.
INTERIOR: not inspected. RCHM records largely remodelled C19.
