Possible stables, now garages. Late C18, altered C20. For the Beecroft and Butler families. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays wide. 1st-floor central loft door with flanking sliding casements with glazing bars, 2 wide double doors inserted on ground floor. Small round-headed windows at rear. Probably part of the extensive rebuilding of the Kirkstall Forge complex (qv) after 1779. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value.
