House. c1847-50. Brick with painted stone dressings. Slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys above cellars. 3 bays. The left-hand bay
has a tripartite cellar window and a tripartite glazing bar
sash window to the ground floor. At the right on the ground
floor there is a white-painted sashed canted bay window with a
cornice and with a stone base which contains cellar windows.
The upper storeys have glazing bar sash windows with sill
bands and brick flat arches. The doorway has a pilaster
doorcase with cornice and plain entablature, panelled reveals,
and a 6-panel door with overlight. Modillioned timber cornice
gutter. Gable chimneys.
