House, now a shop. Early C19, altered C20. Painted stucco,
slate and artificial slate roof with brick stacks to gable
ends. L-plan with much altered rear right wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; 2-window range. Two C20
dormers, C20 latticed windows to the first and ground floors.
Flat-arched carriage entrance to the left, early C19 doorcase
to the centre with pilasters, entablature and overlight.
INTERIOR: the front room has a moulded cornice, the
closed-string staircase to the rear has stick balusters and
turned newel.
Altered, but a significant part of the listed group in East
Street.
